Kanekota is the high country in southern Ontario and up until a few years ago it was very peaceful. Then a group of “investors” started turning these sacred hills into their own private enterprise. I attended the first OMB hearing on the windmill development here, www.youtube.com/thahoketoteh The first question I asked the chair was “do you follow the constitution of Canada?” In section 35 of the constitution it says they must provide native consultation on all projects. To date we have received no consultation, from the first windmill to the latest “approvals” by the fraudulent OntarioMunicipalBoard. Many people are starting to see how it works in the Admiralty world. All courts in Canada are under Maritime Admiralty Law which is always about money and only for banks and corporations. The only instrument that supersedes Admiralty Law is a Royal Proclamation, such as the one Frederick Haldimand signed on October 25th 1784. Military court has jurisdiction over the entire 6mile extent around the Grand River.
The British Military, of which Canada is a part, is under orders to protect this sacred place for “them and their posterity, forever”. We have a hostile corporate takeover bid on a British military protectorate right here in Kanekota. The real people up here are trying to follow the law and finding out that the corporations do not have to follow the constitution, because there is no ratified constitution. On behalf of “his majesty’s faithful allies” as Haldimand called us, I intend to have this matter placed into its proper jurisdiction. All public or private individuals that have been given proper notice are guilty and liable in Military court. We will be seeking reconciliation from them all. The last thing said in the Ontario legislature before their “summer holidays” was a mention of the longstanding dispute over a school property within this 6 mile limit. The first thing when they convene will be to have this issue placed into its proper jurisdiction.
The windmills were followed by the esoteric “Highland Group” seeking to turn 7000 acres of agriculture zoning into aggregate. There are many people here seeing the illusion of freedom as it is, slavery. They want to dig in and fight this tyranny as they see how it affects them on a daily basis for generations to come. This is a natural response when you see the illusion being revealed for the first time. Always keep the peace as your guide when dealing with these “artificial entities”. If you look under the masks you will find the same shareholders own all the different corporations.
To Consumers Gas, Canadian Hydro Developers, Highland Group and all corporate municipalities; we will be seeking our damages from your breach of the supreme law, in military court. Govern yourselves accordingly.
